
JOB DESCRIPTION
POSITION: Senior Contracts Administrator
REPORTS TO: President/CEO and Vice President/CFO
DEPARTMENT:

POSITION
SUMMARY:
This position is responsible for the management, review and
negotiation of all contracts to include government, state and local. Administer all aspects of
contracting from proposal
through life of contract. Includes development of policies and
procedures,
maintaining contract documents, coordinating communications with
government agencies,
including contracting officer approvals and billings, monitoring
contract
performance and preparing cost proposals.
DUTIES
AND
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Drafts and negotiate management agreements for newly awarded business incorporating operational and financial terms into a document which conforms to company standards.
Provides justification to support selected vendors such as price analysis, competitive quotes and lease and maintenance agreements.
Prepares negotiation plans and strategies and conducts negotiations with customers.
Develops and implements procurement strategy.
Provides authoritative interpretation of procurement policies and procedures.
Responsible for justification of price and source selection to government audit satisfaction.

MINIMUM
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or related field with eight (8) to ten (10) years of progressively responsible experience in government contract management work.
Any equivalent combination of experience, education and training that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
