Certification and Accreditation Specialist

 

 

NucoreVision, Incorporated is current looking for experienced Certification and Accreditation Professionals to work on several federal government information security initiatives.  This candidate will be responsible for completing and maintaining system certification and accreditation (C&A) documentation, including creating security plans, risk assessments, and security test and evaluations.  The candidate will also be responsible for supporting the overall security program including security policy, procedures, and standards, developing and following C& A schedules, assessing the Information Assurance (IA) risk of the agency’s IT systems, ensuring agency IT documents are compliant with DoD security policies and procedures, and reviewing documents for accuracy and completeness.

 

Qualifications:

-          BA or BS degree or related professional experience required

-          3+ years experience documenting security plans, procedures, policies, standards, risk assessments and ST&E's. required.

-          Prior federal government experience preferred.

-          Experience with NIST, FISMA, DIACAP, and DITSCAP

-          Strong writing, editing, and communications skills required

-          DoD government clearance preferred

-          Ability to obtain a DoD government clearance required

-          CISSP certification is a plus.
